Old and New Covenants (Testaments)
Question: What is the significance of the Torah’s prohibition on mixing meat and milk products, but not other combinations like wheat and oats, etc.?
It has to be understood, that Israel (except for Christians), had rejected finally the New Covenant of Christ Jesus at Acts28:28; and they had rendered themselves “Lo-Ammi”!
That fact meant that they imposed on themselves the conditions of the Old Covenant (Testament); and therefore all the conditions of that meant that the so-called “Orthodox” Jews of today, still feel obligated to follow the O. Cov. rules etc!
That will continue until the events of Zech.12:10 is operational!
